What´s the project
- Creative people like you all over the world create advertising messages for great products and causes. So people learn effectively about worthy alternatives to sugar water and other old standard household names.
- Small and medium businesses with great products and services can spread the same effective advertising messages as the big gorillas of this world.
- People learn faster about better innovative products and services, make better informed buying decisions and have a better life.
What´s the project
- Mission: Creating an advertising message for a company which sells systems to keep order at home and in the office, i.e. furniture
- Target: young single males, 20+, with lower income
- main message: you are attractive and you as a guy are turning on girls, but the way you are living (mess) is turning them off
What´s the point: mess vs. love
- Think: translate the above message into a short and funny story
- Think: How can mess turn off a female, which seems to be attracted to the guy? How does the mess prevent the guy from being a good and caring lover?
- Think: How does the mess interfere with love-life in an unexpected surprising not obvious or boring but still believable way? (old cupboard falling over the girl or smelly stuff as turn-offs would be expectable = obvious = boring = not funny; fork lying around on the coach and boring itself into the back of the girl = unexpected = not obvious = funny. In one word: How to make it funny?

- Think of a short and funny story, post it here, jump onto feedback from others and fine tune the story or jump onto stories of others and fine tune them

What are the steps

- share your ideas, because otherwise there is very likely nothing going to happen with it
- post your suggestions here, read the comments and suggestions of others and improve upon your original idea
- remember the rules of a brainstorming: no criticisms
- remember etiquette: whoever is insulting a collaborator on this forum, will be thrown out - no probation
- if a winning advertising idea was created by several contributors/collaborators, the award (money and fame) will be split evenly
- ideas will be selected according to marketability and finally by the liking of the client

- How about copyright for the idea? There is no copyright on good ideas, but don´t worry: many ideas are stolen, but never acted upon
- What happens, if ideas get stolen from this forum? May be you will get hired because of the good ideas you were posting here.
- What are the evaluation criteria for an idea? Is it funny, is it original, is it transporting the message - that´s it.
